Selecting Judges for Your Events
Reminder to all SchH, VPG, IPO event organizers from the AWDF Secretary
When asking for a working SchH /IPO judge from USA: You must contact and send a letter of request to the USA DOJ Mark Przybylski. The policy states that the Regional Director director needs to be contacted first BUT if your club is NOT a USA club please direct your requests to Mr. Przybylski. We need to remember to respect each member clubs polices and procedures, this policy has been in place and needs to be adhered to.

DVG Policy for securing working judges: AWDF organizations that wish to obtain a DVG judge for a trial, should send all applications and requests to the LV/DVG America chief of judges, Hartmut Beckmann. By DVG/Germany rules, no judge can be assigned or accept an assignment to a trial unless the application has gone through the Landesverband chief of judges, whether here in the USA or in Germany.
