Conformation and Obedience Judge Nancy Simmons

Nancy has been active in both conformation and obedience over the years with her Great Danes, a Golden Retriever, and more recently Doberman Pinschers. Nancy competed with her Doberman Pinscher CH Lemils Simmons Seville UD ROM in the Obedience Top 20 at the DPCA National Specialty in 1997. Currently Nancy has two Dobermans.

Nancy applied for AKC approval in 1993 to judge Great Danes and Junior Showmanship. At the present time, she is approved to judge the entire Working group, eighteen Sporting breeds, Junior Showmanship, Best in Show, and all levels of Obedience and Rally.

She works full time with her husband Carl in their business as a general contractor doing commercial construction. Her daughter Cindy is a physician whose specialty is Emergency Medicine. Cindy has two children. Nancy is a regular babysitter for her grandson Christopher and granddaughter Julianne. Nancy=s son Andy earned his PhD in Biochemistry and does genetic research in the San Francisco area. Andy's son Jason is a big soccer fan. Nancy feels blessed to have three healthy grandchildren.

Practice information: I treat the whole patient by providing services and products that best meet each of my patient's individual needs.  I perform a variety of techniques including Activator, Thompsons, manual manipulations, TBM, BEST and Applied Kenesiology.  I perform acupuncture, auriculotherapy, acupressure and laser therapies to provide adjunctive support to the manupulations.  I integrate into my practice matural products, remedies, and procedures (herbs, vitamins, detox techniques, stop smoking and weight loss programs) to give my  patiets an alternative to traditional remedies.  I offer pre-molded and custom made arch support to alleviate foot and low back problems.  I can provide solutions to patients that have experienced various problems due to their skin and makeup products through natural products free of dyes, fragrances and toxins that cause so many problems with skin irritation and hormone levels. I offer resistence training to help patients increase muscle strength while toning muscle groups. 

I adjust dogs and horses to restore normal motion to the spine and to alleviate neuromuscular and skeletal problems in the animals.
