2007 UDC Nationals Heart Clinic
Conducted by certified cardiologist Dr. Nancy Morris and Sue Krom, Director of Cardiology Services.
Registration
All appointments are on a first-registered and paid basis. Participants MUST pre-register on Dr. Morris' website so that Sue Krom can schedule appointments. Participants must PRE-PAY via snail mail to Dr. Morris, following instructions on her website. You will not be considered completely registered until they have received payment. Late entries and payments MAY be taken provided that the number limits for the clinic have not been reached.

Sue Krom will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the time of your appointment. Please make sure to provide COMPLETE registration information on Dr. Morris' website.
Cost
You may purchase any single test or all tests. Information collected can be used for the 2007 UDC Breed Survey Test.
